How do I return an item?
Returns will be honored only if returned within 15 days after received. Custom engraved items are not eligible for return/refund. If we engraved an item incorrectly a replacement piece will be sent out once the original piece is returned under our 15 day return policy. For your protection we have implemented a no return policy for earrings except for manufacturing defects.In the case of a manufacturing defect earrings will be replaced.Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
ALL returns must have a copy of your original dated invoice.We'll e-mail you a receipt when the return has been received and processed.Please enclose a short explanation of why you are returning the item(s).This will help us better serve you in the future.We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged or lost during the trip back, you aren't liable.
We’re sorry, but we can’t give credit for damaged items or items returned more than 15 days after delivery. If you return an item(s) in a condition that isn’t new or too late, we will donate them to a canine rescue or humane society on your behalf. You will not receive credit for these returns, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.
