The distinguished head of the dignified Akita dog is the focus of our dangling Akita earrings. They feature a silhouette of the side view of the Akita’s large head, as well as its thick, muscular neck. The nose, big and bold, has been oxidized for contrast, as has the eye, which is deep-set and triangular in shape, characteristic of the American Akita versus the Japanese Akita.
