Shipping Information

Approximately 90-95% of all items are in stock at any given day, if an item is currently out of stock it is in production and should arrive at our facility within 1-5 weeks. Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Delivery of in-stock items is about 3-5 business days.

Orders are shipped priority USPS as our primary order processing; we also offer 2nd Day and 1 Day air which are shipped UPS or Spee Dee Delivery. Please provide your full street address, as UPS and Spee Dee Delivery will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Next Day Air orders placed by 7am will go out that same day. Orders placed after 7am will go out the following business day.

Did your order arrive damaged?

Promptly e-mail: contactus@dazzlingpawsjewelry.com and we will take care of the problem.Please keep the original packaging and merchandise until the situation has been corrected.

Return Policy

Returns will be honored only if returned within 15 days after received.Merchandise must be returned in new, saleable condition. 10% Restocking fee for returned items. Worn earrings may not be returned. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

ALL returns must have a copy of your original dated invoice. Please enclose a short explanation of why you are returning the item(s). This will help us better serve you in the future.We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged or lost during the trip back, you aren't liable.

Weíre sorry, but we canít give credit for damaged items or items returned more than 15 days after delivery. If you return an item(s) in a condition that isnít new or too late, we will donate them to a canine rescue or humane society on your behalf. You will not receive credit for these returns, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.

Held Orders /Backorders

Dazzling Paws Jewelry LLC may hold an order for a few days or week if an item is temporarily out of stock and expected at our facility in a timely manner. Once all items are in stock the order will be released for shipping. Please check the status of your order on line for its current processing state.

Dazzling Paws Jewelry LLC will ship an order short if an item is backorder and will not arrive at our facility in a timely manner (over a 2 week waiting period). If an item(s) will be out of stock for a long period of time you will be notified regarding an estimated time of arrived and can make a decision about having your order still held or shipped. We recommend placing an order for the out of stock items once your receive your order as we do not hold records of back ordered items.

If you need your order right away please state that in the comment section during your check out and it will be processed promptly minus any backorder items.
