Returns will be honored within 20 days after received. Merchandise must be returned in new, saleable condition. 10% Restocking fee will apply for returned items. Worn earrings may not be returned. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
ALL returns must have a copy of your original invoice. A receipt will be e-mailed to you once it's processed. Enclose an explanation of why you are returning the item(s) to help us better serve you in the future. We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged or lost during the trip back, you aren't liable.

Dazzling Paws Jewelry LLC may hold an order for a few days if an item is temporarily out of stock and expected out of production in a timely manner. Once all items are in stock the order will be released for shipping. Please check the status of your order online for its current processing state.
Dazzling Paws Jewelry LLC will ship an order short if an item is in manufacturing and will not be manufactured in a timely manner (over a 1 week waiting period). If an item(s) will be out of stock for a long period of time you will be notified regarding an estimated time of arrival and can make a decision about having your order still held or shipped. Please let us know if you would like for us to ship an out of stock item once it arrives.
If you need your order right away please state that in the comment section during your check out and it will be processed promptly minus and backordered items.

Approximately 90-95% of all items are in stock at any given day. Most orders placed by 9am CST Monday - Friday will ship the same day, jewelry that contains stones will ship within 48 hours. If the item you ordered is out of stock you will receive an e-mail stating that it's out of stock and the expected shipping date from our facility.
Orders ship USPS Priority Mail fulled insured with tracking or First Class Mail. Two Day Air Express ships USPS and Next Day Air ships UPS. A full street address is required for UPS deliveries. Next Day Air orders placed by 9am will go out that same day. Orders placed after 9am will go out the following business day.

Promptly e-mail a photo to: email@example.com and we will take care of the problem. Please keep the original packaging and merchandise until the situation has been corrected.
