Approximately 90-95% of all items are in stock at any given day. Most orders placed by 9am CST Monday - Friday will ship the same day, jewelry that contains stones will ship within 48 hours. If the item, you ordered is out of stock you will receive an e-mail stating that it's out of stock and the expected shipping date from our facility.

Orders ship USPS Priority Mail fully insured with tracking or First-Class Mail. Two Day Air Express ships USPS and Next Day Air ships UPS. A full street address is required for UPS deliveries. Next Day Air orders placed by 9am will go out that same day. Orders placed after 9am will go out the following business day.
